Your landing page has a trust issue
2 mins to fix your fold
Hey,
Most landing pages scream from the top:
→ “Book a demo”
→ “Try it free”
→ “See why 10,000+ teams love us”
All good eventually. But tough immediately.
Why?
Because the top of your page isn’t where you sell. It’s where you earn the right to sell.
Put it this way:
What you want is above the fold.
What they want is below it.
That’s the disconnect.
Buyers land on your page thinking:
What the hell is this?
Is it for someone like me?
Can I trust what I’m seeing?
If they don’t get those answers in 5 seconds, they’re gone.
Here’s how to fix it:
1. Nail your first line
Your first sentence should prove you understand their world better than they do.
2. Lead with relevance, not reach
Nobody cares that 10,000 companies use you. They care if you work for companies like theirs.
3. Soften the CTA
Make it more manageable for them to take action on something right away.
The fold isn’t a billboard. It’s a handshake.
Once they feel understood, they’ll read the rest.
